if you are in US, then i would say journeys, footlocker, ladys footlocker, or any shoe stores, but journeys has the cheapest

Converse is owned by Nike and - in my opinion - the price for the shoes has that "Nike" flavor to it, which isn't cheap. Try the americanathletics.com website or - if you are around northeast Ohio, the CHAMPS outlet store, 18220 Royalton Rd, Strongsville.
