Whenever i put my hair in a ponytail it always has a big loose bump right underneath it and makes my head look wierd. I put my hair up by putting my head upsidedown and grabbing all my hair, but even if i pull it to make it flat it just comes back once i stand up straight again. How can i fix this?

I'm going to Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands later this year, and I'm wondering, is it possible to get designer things (handbags, sunglasses, clothes, etc.) in their countries of origin (i.e. Armani in Italy...I think that's where it came from anyway)? Hi! I am a student at cosmetology in NY and have decided I really want to become a hair colorist. I would really like to know all the big names in the business when it comes to haircolor and do my research before I graduate because the salon i want to go work for is very high end and my teacher has been name dropping a lot of names and I feel lost!!! I want to know and recognize the big names before I try to work at this salon so i dont seem as clueless as I do in front of my teacher. Any hair colorists, brands, or salons I should definately know in the business???? I have been writing all the names I hear at school but want to know as many as I can.
