You should only use masks once or twice a week because clay masks can dry out your skin too much and hydrating masks can make your skin too oily. I understand the temptation; I love scrubs and I would exfoliate my face everyday if it wouldn't wreck my skin.
Nose strips are the same. If you use them too much they'll only irritate your skin and make it worse.
Just like a diet, good skincare includes everything, in moderation.

Here are a couple you will love, homemade and very inexpensive. I am a Native American and as such, I do not believe in using all that is out on the shelves or marketed through media and there is good reason for that. Saving money, better product and lasts longer! Peel an avocado, then take the skin, keep it moist, when you are going to shower or just want to relax, take the peel and rub the inside of it on your face, wherever you would normally use a facial and let it be for twenty to thirty minutes. Mmmm it feels so good, you look so good and the best thing is you can use it on your eyelids safely as they do not secrete their own oil and avocado has plenty of oil. If the skin is too dry, mash some avocado, mix a little glycerin or olive oil until you have a smooth and fairly thick paste...apply, look beautiful, feel beautiful. Another I use is also used for a toner; mix a cup of chamomille tea, cool, apply with cotton ball, leave it and go on your way............this also helps with fine, line wrinkles. Store the rest away for another day! Whiten teeth, try peroxide rinsing - used by medical practioners for years, works, safer for your mouth (will also keep canker sores away, sore gums gone, etc.), less expensive and you can bet no doctor will tell you any of this as they are in the pocket to big PHARM.

I love them too. If you use them too often you will strip your skin. The toxins that the masks are meant to remove will not have built up enough for the masks to work.

There are many masks out on the market today. You need to read them. There are many that take toxins out and allow oil in.
Not all masks are striping.

Strips your skin of natural oils if you use it too much. Without them, your skin looks like a train wreck. Don't overuse, ever!

it can dry out skin, it can peel skin, it can create over productive sebum glands, too many products could burn your face, damage skin (need a special light to see it)
