im thinking about buying some clinique makeup but ive never tryed it befor is it any good? and does the lip gloss stay on longer?

Ok, about a month and a half ago I dyed my hair for the first time.About 3 weeks after that I permed my hair(I perm every couple of months or so) and my hair started to fall out pretty badly,but its being treated now and its a whole lot better.Anyways I want to dye my hair again,this time jet black last time reddish/goldish.Well my question is:Is it safe to color my hair right now..possibly using color for perm treated hair..or should I just leave it alone for right now and give my hair a break for a couple of months?

I really want to know what lipglosses you like. Are there any that are especially flattering or that you just can't get enough of? I am finally allowed to wear makeup (I'm 13) so this is kind of important and I'd appreciate advice!

I live in the U.S. and have a fair complexion, no acne, brown hair, and hazel eyes and very shapely lips (my best feature by far)
