In order to prevent split ends, try not to use blow driers, curling irons, or flat irons. If you must use them, always apply a small amount of scilicon based product (like biosilk) to your hair esp. at the ends before putting heat on your hair. It acts like a wall between your hair and the damaging heat to protect your hair. In order to make your hair grow faster, take pre-natal vitamins. It works. You just need to find a way to get them!

I had this problem, especially after giving birth. Once the pre-natal vitamins ran out, I went to the drug store and purchase some pills call "skin, hair&nails". They work really well for me. Your hair won't grow very long over night however you can see the difference in about 2 months. I also tie my hair up with a silk or satin scarf. This prevents the cotton in the pillowcase of damaging your hair while you are sleeping. Brush your hair 100 times a night or day and this massages the scalp which also helps. DEFINITELY AVOID the curling irons/flat irons. Instead roller set your hair and style, don't forget to tie it at night. One other thing do not constantly play in your hair. Once you style it in the morning leave it alone. The constant tugging help pull out strands as well. I hope this helps. It doesn't matter what race you are it works the same.

Stimulate hair growth by giving urself scalp massages, know it sounds simple but it stimulates ur hair follicle and blood circulation which in turn makes ur hair grow faster. And when u get ur split ends cut do it more regularly that way they don't have to take off more than maybe a 1/4 inch of hair. Also baby ur hair, use conditioning treatments, let it dry naturally and make sure ur brush doesn't have bristle damage. Good Luck!

To prevent split-ends:
-conditon regularly
-use (light) leave-in conditioners every day
-apply leave-in conditioner to ends every day
-don't put your hair in a ponytail, bun, or any other syle with pins or hairties. They can cause really bad split-ends. And ALWAYS leave your hair down, or wrap it in a scarf when you go to bed.
-get trimmed monthly
-try not to use very many damaging heat tools like irons or hair-blow dryers.
To stimulate hair growth:
-take vitmains daily
-eat plenty of fruits and veggies
-drink lots of water
-once again, stay away from damaging heat tools
-drink green tea
That's about it. I know it's a pain, but it will work. Can't get without giving, right? Well, good luck!
ps
you can get hair extensions, too. It'll be a little costly though.

I discover the coconut oil pleasant hair oil for hair progress and robust hairs. Massage coconut oil two times or 3 times in every week. Also, a hair oil with every other mixture like hibiscus offers extra advantages to the hairs. There are many hair oil to be had in marketplace however my private inspiration could be to check out common oils like Dabur Coconut Oil with Hibscus as I am making use of it on the grounds that few years.
