depends where they are on the face, on the tip of the nose would be a no!

I have moles all over my body. I mean, not EVERYWHERE, but quite a few. And I have a beauty spot (that's how they are called on the face, I think) next to my upper-lip. Never had a problem to find and keep a boyfriend because of that! And, no, it's not ugly!

It depends on where on the face they are and who they are on.
If it just doesn't compliment that person's face it can look kindof weird, but on some people moles and freckles are adorable.
So honestly, it's really subjective. Overall, I think they're kindof cute.

Moles are nasty. Beauty marks are cute. Like everyone else said, it really depends on where it is.

moles are AWESOME (unless they have hair growing out of them, that's a little gross, but not a problem that can't be fixed with a pair of tweezers)
anyhow. i have a crap load of moles, on my arms and legs, and even my tummy. and a considerable amount of freckles. i have freckles on the sides of my face, and one right under my eye like a tear drop.
but it's ok moles and freckles make you unique. lots of celebrities have moles: Madonna, Robert DeNiro, Sherilyn Fenn, and Cindy Crawford, gwenyth paltrow, etc. etc.

my friend has a mole on his cheek and its big and their's hair all over it. but it looked cool on him though

depends where on the face...like one directly in the middle of your forehead wouldn't be too cute.
