what should i wear to a new years eve party? please note that my friend is throwing it and her parents, grandparents, and 9 year old sister will be there.

I'm assuming your female so here goes...Wear black pants, and a low cut sweater. It will look classy yet sexy!!! Good luck!

Well if it is formal than a nice dress it it is more casual than dark wash jeans and a cute tee shirt.

Wear a tuxedo. Bring champagne.
The tux only if you can get a feminine one, of cyuss.
And THAT is only if you ARE feminine...such as ...a woman.
