Use Covergirl very black eyeliner, then for Shadow, there are these really great Covergirl shadows that come 4 in one compact (at any drugstore) get the one with the colors "Dusk, Evening Shadow, Metro Sparkle, and Streetlight." then on your eyelid, start with Dusk and then just fade up and end with Street light. It will really make your eyes pop, and you will get tons of complements! Good Luck!

it depends on the eye color. but actually with black hair, that can be really fun to play around with. try really bold colors that'll make your eyes pop! like a cool red ( steer away from light to med. blues, they're out of style)...but i think green would look best!
Hope that helps

Try to compliment your skin tone and eye color. Most all colors look good against black hair.... it's the other two that are more important to work with.

Do purple. Purple and Black always makes a good match. But it all depends on what you're wearing.

what colour eyes do you have? Brown eyes: Neutral colours and pinks, Green eyes: green, turquoise, blue, purple, Blue eyes: silver, purple, turquoise, blue.

Don't go for Red or yellow or orange, that would be sooo bad!
Hope I help! xx
