I was wondering what was the difference between regular wash-out conditioner and the leave-in stuff? My hair tends to be really wavy after I take a shower (usually once every two days, three if I'm really tired or busy). When the second day rolls around it tends to settle and my curls start to kick in. Will the leave-in conditioner help me out or is there another product I can use that will help my hair settle so it's not flying around everywhere when I skateboard to work?

the skin looks really dark, and even in the spots with no hair it looks as though i haven't shaved.

For instance I always thought that a wedding ring was supposed to be tight. I wear a sterling silver ring and since it is loose I wear a ring adjuster and it makes the ring tight. I like it that way but is it against etiquette or anything?

i know.. stupid question.. i really dont think i shud be wasting my five points on this question, but i have to know...
i'm in 8th grade, and a lotta people in school carry around these little tiny purses which has like all their important stuff in it, like lip glosses, wallets... etc? and i feel like bringing mine in too except mine is a humongous black hobo bag... and i mean literally humongous! but i love it.. it contains all my books and important stuff...
i just wanted to ask people's honest opinions.

I heard from my sis that if you wash your hair everyday, all the nutrients will be washed away hence I onli do it every alternate day but all the ppl ard me say dat it's very unhygienic.

The last time I went to a salon the hairstylist said the same things dat I have to wash my hair everyday.

I'm rather confused?! So which is the correct method and who's advise should I follow?

I got my first and only tattoo two weeks ago. I'm a scorpio, so I got my zodiac sign, which is an "M". It's a neat design of an "M" and the shape of it also includes a scorpion image. I'm new to this - not sure how to reply to the kind people who replied to me but... Thank you! I can't believe I let my colorist talk me into going dark from very highlighted and into getting a cut from someone who did this to me... Of course, it really is just a matter of time (long hair = 2 years?) but the salon agreed to 2 cuts with the "creative director." He thinks I need to forget about trimming for a few months or I'll miss my length too much. (Not that that will fix the overall look of breakage!!!) Why oh why didn't I just get a touch up on my highlights?!! Now I'm dark and shredded! I think I'm too damaged to fix the color anytime soon either ;( Even friends don't seem to appreciate how awful having my hair messed up makes me feel... I do appreciate this forum!

Lately it has seemed as though men have been trying to "weaken" women. I am saying this because of 3 experiences I have had the past few weeks.
1 A guy on myspace was making dirty remarks to some pictures of my very pretty friend, so i posted that she should delete him, which she did. He was not happy about this so he wrote me comment saying I am jealous of my pretty friend and began making rude remarks about my pictures. I never said anything mean to him, only told my friend that she should delete him, so why did he attack me?
2 I was walking and it was snowing and very cold outside when to guys walked by me in tank tops I said "You guys are crazy its freezing" one guy replied, "ya well you dont look good either". Agian why so mean?
3 I over heard a convo of a guy and girl, guy says "girls make stupid faces in pictures when they are insecure". Why does he think that
Ok those are my experiences. So why does it seem like guys are being so mean and Judgmental about the way women look
