Color will fade out over time, but only so much. Artificial color does need to be bleached out. Another color won't lift it, only hair bleach.

It won't wash out but it will fade over time with washing. The more intense the color the more you will notice it fading. So if you colored red and it's too much, you may like it after it fades a bit. After a couple of weeks you can alter the shade somewhat by recoloring, for instance an ash brown will help cancel out brassy tones, but this is tricky. If you aren't happy with your color after a couple of weeks your best bet would be to go to a professional.

If you go quickly, a professional at a hair salon can put a small amount of bleach in your hair to tone it down some. Then she can put a rinse or dye on your hair to match the color you were looking for. I've had to get that done before. DO NOT try it at home. You'll end up having your hair fall out. There is nothing I know of that you can do at home. If it is too light, you can dye over it darker, but if it is too dark, you're out of luck unless you go to a professional. Good luck!

It depends on your natural color and what color you put in. If you have dark hair and you put lighter color, it will wash a bit, but if you put darker epecially jet black, and you have lighter color no
way you can wash it out with home remedies. This could lead you to a disaster green color if you are blonde.

If you mean out of your hair, the answer is no, that's why it's called permanent hair colour.
However, it will fade a bit after a few weeks, and of course it will also grow out as your hair grows.
