Leave in conditioner is designed to keep the hair frizz-free longer than the kind you wash out. It moisturizes and protects the hair as well. I don't think there's any product that will settle your hair enough for the skateboard, however. If your hair is long enough, I'd suggest typing it back or putting it in a ponytail, and then combing it out when you get to work. Other than that, you could try an extra-hold hair spray, but it might make your hair feel stiff and gooey.

Leave in conditioner is pretty good for taming hair...I use Herbal essences brand. Also, if you go to someplace like Target or Wal-Mart and look in the hair care section, there are lots of different products for helping with frizz and fly-aways. I know Garnier Fructis has something along those lines...hope this helps.

I wash and condition my hair normally, then I use a tiny bit of whatever conditioner I normally use, run it through and leave it. Any conditioner is fine to use, just don't use too much. This is great if you have dry or damaged hair, but it isn't going to hold in in place. I would go with a strong holding gel.

Leave in conditioner will not do much beyond conditioning your hair. If you want your hair to be frizz or fly away free, rub a pea sized drop of John Frieda's hair serum on your palms and run them through your hair, avoiding the roots (so they arent greasy later on). That stuff works wonders on keeping your hair in place.

The leave in conditioner should maintain the curls a little bit for you. You might want to check on some frizz control too.

My daughter used to use leave-in conditioner and it dried out her hair. If a rinse out conditioner weighs your hair down, try the leave-in. She was using Herbal Essences
