Personally, I love those high heels (they're the only ones that I can wear without tipping over).
I'm simply wondering if those are acceptable as "semi formal."

Considering the fact that I use the slightest excuse to buy new shoes, I woulld go buy you some new shoes girly! Those ones that you have are too clear. You look barefoot. Those are not really all that fashionable or cute. I don't mean to be rude, I'm just giving my honest opinion.

Those ain't high heels! Six inches is a high heel and eight inches is better. Wear some eight-inch stilts and really turn heads, girl!!

Hmm. Given what's acceptable in today's world, you wouldn't be breaking any taboos by wearing them. I would consider them more casual than dressy.
