Ok well my school is doing Oklahoma this year for its musical and I am way excited!
I know that being a freshman it isn't likely that I'd get a big speaking/singing role. But still I would love to have the best audition I could so that the theatre director will notice and deeply consider me for next year and I am hoping to atleast get called back this year. Now I do have an advantage over some other ppl w/ experience of 2 musicals this past year for a theatre troupe close to where I live. I've been called back for both of those musicals but never got the part. so just any tips in general about how i can stand out at the audition would be great.
Also if by any reason anyone thinks I have a chance, I'd like to get ideas about what would be good for auditioning for Ado Annie (this audition is a walk in where they teach you some songs, have you read a bit, and start to teach you a dance no.)
Thanks!
