With no knowledge of the type of theatre that is producing, it's hard to give any specific suggestions. I'm guessing that punk/grunge/hard rock songs wuld likely be inappropriate. The best GENERAL advice I can give is something somewhat uptempo (you don't want to put them to sleep), comfortably within your range (you don't want your voice to crack in mid-vowel) and something that allows you to show some acting ability as well (you want to show that you can convey the emotion the lyrics are meant to evoke).
