.. not getting sensible answers when you try to ask about the quality of said software ?
1. You would hope that "developement" commenced with a system "under survey" and that it remained "under survey" throughout the development. What do you do if you ask about bugs in the system and how they got there and how the system could possibly have been under survey and you're told it wasn't actually under survey throughout the development "but few systems are".
2. You would hope there is an audit trail of all changes to operational software. Each change needs to be "provably correct", and you need to know that all purported changes actually occurred, and no other changes occured. What do you do if there's no audit trail of changes ?

Why do people imply that thought and feeling are the same thing. Many people think that they are synonomous and I am wondering what leads people to not distinguish between the two?

This question is sparked by my recent viewing of some Jimi Hendrix videos on YouTube. Almost EVERY comment on the board was people arguing who THEY thought was better or worse. I wish people could just get along. Why do we fight so much? Why can't we just respect each other's opinions?

Do you have a prediction on when and how?

Do you think God wants us not to know when Armageddon is going to be?

Or do you believe the science and stuff and it will end in 2012?

My prediction is i DO NOT believe the world will end in 2012........They were saying all this stuff would happen in year 2000, 2001, 6-6-06, September 07 and more.Do you REALLY think it will actually happen this time?

For me, Once after being mugged, I had to get 8 hour head surgery. Could have died. The last thing I said to the surgeon before they applied anesthetic: "Cut as little hair as possible." The first thing I said when I came out of the anesthia to the surgeon who asked how I felt, I said: "I hear a ticking inside my head...Weren't you wearing a watch before the surgery?"

I like Dr. Frederick K.C. Price of the Crenshaw Christian Center in Los Angeles California. However, I have noticed that no matter what his message is, the mention of money is inescapable coming from the lips of Dr. Price. For example, he talks about FAITH or PRAYER and not even 15 minutes have passed in his message without mentioning money.

Then we have the pretty boy JOEL OSTEEN. I call him the pastor of love. His messages are about positive thinking and Christian psychology (whatever that is) but not about the true nature of the gospel. It's okay to be positive but Osteen NEVER, I mean NEVER tells it like it is. Yes, God is love and loves everyone but God is also a God of justice and hates sin and cannot allow sin to enter heaven. Why doesn't Osteen ever mention what happens to people who die outside of the family of God? Jesus spoke more about hell than heaven but Osteen (and many like him) have decided they do not want to hurt feelings and so they skip certain issues.

I read an article and it said that by 2020 China might overtake the United States as the worlds superpower. What if that does happen? What happens to the USA? Are we going to be just another country on the map and be forgotten or not cared about (like Canada)? What can we as Americans do to make sure we remain the world’s superpower and leader of the free world?

It would be embarrassing for us to let a country with a low quality of life and a communist style government take over as the superpower.

The world is so wonderfully organised. How could it all organise itself. How do the trees know to shed their leaves in autumn..simple things like that..how does the earth keep spinning on its axis..how did the first simple organisms learn to evolve..someone/something or a froce must have guided the process right?

Isn't it strange how the ridiculous, fabricated world of celebrity can actually reflect real life sometimes? I mean how as time moves on certain things can change completely. The Spice Girls for example - when they started out Posh was the one that had the teenage boys reaching for the Kleenex and Sporty looked like a bag of spanners. Now Mel C is definitely worth a good going over and Victoria is like the proverbial bulldog licking p*iss of a nettle.
