Joyless.
No more Santa Claus-no more traditions at all to bother with
Marriage might phase out
I have never seen the movie, but everything worth taking up a cause for would lose it's meaning-why save the planet? Why bother with any kind of conservation? Why invent anything except as it relates to instantaneous gratification? The motivation factor for many things would vanish.

Well, the human race would die out. But that seems like a small price to pay for no screaming babies or little brats running in the supermarket. A few years of blessed relief!

People would probably focus on work more and then there would be alot of competition in the work force. There would be less joy and humor in the world. We wouldn't realize the small special things in everyday life that kids tend to notice.

Cloning of course would be an option. Of course the bright eyed innocents would be gone.
I would think some type of Utopian society would evolve. Good or Bad. I have no idea.

they are the future, so the human race would die out, unless you're meaning we're born adults. i think it wouldn't matter if you were born as a baby or adult, when you're born you don't know anything, so you'll still be acting stupid and child-like. ouch for the women who give birth to something the equivalent of their own size! imagine how huge their stomachs would be!!!
