You remain the same and your body and its parts obviously remain in the same 'time zone'. Its just that time in the way you mention becomes a finite value, both forwards and backwards. Air is the same everywhere sort of thing. Just because you are moving back through time, becomes no different from moving forward through time.
Of course if you are talking 'beam me up' then that may be different as you are travelling through time in a different reality... your body is altered to a different level of existence in order to telleport... this requires a computer that has the capacity to follow your restructured biology so that when you arrive you can be reconstructed... etc etc... for more basic stuff...

You could be pointing to an algorythem that proves time travel is impossible as it is ultimately the body that does the travelling and as you say the oxygen needed to keep the body in a position to maintain breathing needs to be somewhere... the problem with a theory is everytime you examine it closer, the larger it becomes, and so to factor all possibilities would be to make the theory so large that it is not possible to translate into a workable device. This is why Einstein or whoever was a drifter thinking a Worm hole would negate the fact that direct analysis of the problem results in more problems and so on ad infinitum! Basic philosophy... divide one in half, and do it until you get to zero... you don't.
