Is it possible that we are nothing more that a collection of random chemicals that somehow became self-aware? Or is the arrogance of a human being too great to acknowledge such a thing? I have noticed that most people do not like to face the possibility that we are "accidents". Every religion in existance is dedicated to "proving" that we are here by some Grand Design, but so far all I have heard is "it's true because we say it's true, trust us". The Bible was written by human beings. Human beings lie. What makes anyone think the Bible is true?

What have you devoted your life to? In other words, have you settled for living a normal, comfortable life? Or are you purusing pleasure and fun? Or have you devoted your life to helping the less fortunate? Or have you not considered it and are just going with the flow?

see i have a problem i think i know which one is the love line its the line in the middle i think and my love line is broken in two and connected by a tiny squiggle and my life line thingy i think the one that goes down your palm to your wrist it has like seperate lines connected to it its wierd kinda like a tree but not a lot like 2 or three i know its stupid to ask but its been bugging me forever since no one i know has a broken line what does it mean?

is it possible for someone to form a certain sentence and shutoff the universe like a t.v. with those sounds in order like a secret code? and after they say it every single one of the quadrillions of stars expand then time freeze briefly and everything is in slow motion and then every one of the stars explode, breaking space time with its force and every barrier in between deminsions breaks down. and minature intellegent life and giants are all over the place briefly in this moment of frozen time. then.... it all ends within a split second.... but the split second lasts for lifetimes and everything is just in awe, because in this split second all is revealed and all fully understand lifes biggest secrets. no more universe is needed and all life forms disappear, but are present in one state of mind sitting in nothingness, and in thought.

do you think it could happen?!?! if so what do you think the code is?

do you think it is ok to judge someone by where they were born? or what family they were born into? is it ok to treat them badly/or better because of those things? why would someone do that?

How old are you? Where do you think your insights come from? Do they apply to your life? If not, is it because the meanings you get come from nowhere you no of, or because you simply haven't experienced a situation that applies with it?number it 1-3 like me, and for number 4, add something interesting about yourself that you find to be important.

I have been spending a lot of time on "answers" website espesially the Philosophy section. It is clear to me that more than 60% of the respondants do not believe in religion or faith what so ever.

My Question is this : When did we, the human race become so intellegent and advanced that everyting can be explained, including creation and afterlife ?

Basic principles are all of a sudden replased by assumptions !

Is this the dawning of a new era in spirituality or maybee the beginning of the end ?

Why don't we all go to the afterlife. Tell me right now, do you believe in an afterlife. Do you believe the afterlife is real. If the afterlife is real, then we all should leave this earth and go.

If the afterlife is real, then we should this earth right now. Other people would follow us.

Is the afterlife real, like Earth and people?
