We have only one life in this world.

We need to beat our challenges to enable us to feel successful - no challenge is too difficult for us to overcome. Even if they seem impossible at that time in our life.

When we succeed we can smile about our victory then.

I'm with you. So you are not alone.
And, take a moment, sit still, just look and listen, breathe.
Don't stare at anything simply look. To listen, hear the white noise sound of silence that is always present, key into that, hold it. Relax your body.
Keep doing this.
You feel darkness again, don't, STOP those thoughts, just don't think them, give your mind the here and now, look listen don't think.
I will not tell it's OK kiss it better. What I'll say is that the trials of life make us stronger, they make us pay attention to the present, the eternal moment. First we suffer, then we learn to generate the light of conscious presence deliberately, by attention to the here and now.
If you suffer, it's good because you are growing stronger. Every cloud has a silver lining. If you're in cloud still, silver is coming, have no fear.
Chat with me if you want, I left the woman I love three weeks ago, and it hurts. Communicating heals. But you are not obligated. Peace.
Peace is the feeling to generate and hold. Repeat this practise and become strong at it. You see, I know what to do, I'm suffering a bit because I'm learning too. I've a first silver lining, it's that I know there is a silver lining! Si

88% of people will smile back if you initiate it.
Next time it rains, sit out naked in your back yard and
let the water wash over you.
Trouble is transient.
Look for joy in unusual places: Roll down a sand dune.
Jump on a trampoline while listening to Indian Ragas
and put yourself into a trance.
Remember the thing you loved most about being a
child, and start setting your life up to live that way....
simplify.
Become impervious to outside influences. You're the
only one that can make yourself happy. Concentrate,
pull in, charge up and release. Theoretically speaking,
if you're going to spiral down a black hole, your atoms
would be strung out until there was no more you. Try
and change this equasion by gathering them all
together for a little re-invention party. Let nature
heal you..by the sea, in the sky, in the trees, in the
mountains. Take a tent and back pack in somewhere
alone. Take life enhancing literature, poetry or anything
you think will help. Leave the booze, pot, etc. at home..
really concentrate on your priorities and how to move
on successfully with your life. Nobody else in this
equasion should be involved. You need to center...
it's there...find it and best of luck.

When l find myself in this situation l think of this Buddhist story [cut very short]

I’m walking along – as usual, not looking where I’m going – don’t see someone has left the cover off a manhole – and down l go. I seem to fall for ages, its dark and l’m frightened, l hit the bottom and it hurts, but I get up and feel my way around till I find a ladder – in pain and shock, I start to climb out, promising myself I will never do that again!

But l soon forget and back down the same street l go, not looking where I’m going and bang, I fall into the hole again. BUT this time l know where the bottom is and its just as painful when I hit it, but its not so scary, because I know where I am and that there is a ladder to get out – now, I am certainly not going to do that again!

But time goes on and I get distracted – down the same street – down the same hole – but this time I just relax as I fall, hardly even hurt myself, find the ladder in no time at all and am out in a jiffy….

The next time – I walk round the hole………..!

Hard though life is – we need and must use, these painful learning curves. Eventually we avoid them altogether – well, at least some….. and that’s less pain….. hope this helps and to let you know you are not alone…..

I have been through some very bad times in the past when everything seemed so awful there didn't seem to be any point in going on. But somehow I managed to hang in there, and life did improve eventually. There is always light at the end of the tunnel.
Now I know that however bad things get I can get through it, and that nothing, not even overwhelming grief and misery, lasts forever. Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom before you can start to climb out. I know I am a stronger person because I have survived all the crap that life has thrown at me.
Just believe in yourself and don't lose faith - you CAN get through this.

I think you just need to remember that you're going to go through bad times in life, but things will always get better. You've just got to have a good group of close friends to talk to and never let things take over you. I also believe everything happens for a reason, and you're going to learn something from whatever's troubling you now.
I know it's hard, but you're not the only one going through things like this. Overall, one day soon, I'm sure going to feel better and realize that like what Kanye West says, "that that don't kill you, can only make you stronger", is definitely true.
Stay focused on the positives, be strong and appreciate the good things you've got.

Think less. A downward spiral is usually the result of considering our situation or our plight. Feeling sorrow for the self is a quick and deadly spiral. I find thinking about others things, or not even thinking to be a way to lighten a mood. The spiral can often be aggravated by comparing ourselves to others.

Christians. What makes you think of that purely a concept in god keeps you from spiraling down a black hollow of melancholy, nihilism and melancholy? I propose, Even existence isn't solid sufficient for you? this is purely depressing, regardless of a concept in god. Kinda experience sorry for you, guy.

The night is at it's darkest just before dawn. It's OK for you to feel as you do. We are not programmed for perpetual bliss or mindless laughter all the time. We all have ups and downs.

Love and be kind and gentle to yourself.

The world has much evil, but it has more good and all will work out to the best in the end.
