Came across an old book (not mine) & found a sort of screwed up note/ page inside that reads:
The fact that you quoted may be interesting.
The fact that you quoted it is NOT.
Anon.

Set me thinking, but bit of a mystery. How would you interpret this?

Sounds easy, but how can you define left and right without saying 'left' or 'right'??

What do you think Earth's future is? Star Trek TNG-like (utopistic with no money, little to no crime whatsoever (but still penal colonies for those who do), and a peaceful relations with most alien cultures)? Or Andromeda like (Earth is at war with many an alien species and crime is rampant)? I mean by the year 2350, which is (roughly) when TNG takes place. Will we have warp drive (In Star Trek, warp drive was invented in 2063 by Zephrine Cochrane)? Will we have met alien cultures even (in Star Trek, the same year warp drive was invented was the FIRST first contact (Vulcans))? Will we have the most powerful armada of ships? Or will we mostly be operating peaceful mission like the Enterprise? Give your take!
