Focus on your "uncenteredness." There is no other path or "way" except self-examination. If it is free-floating anxiety, trace it to its origin and reframe the experience in the light of reason. If it is loneliness, fear, anger, defensiveness, sadness, despair, etc., do the same. When your uncentered learned egoic self has been dismantled and overcome, nothing will remain but your core, your center, your essential nature, being yourSelf.

A slow and sometimes painful journey. You have to find a place where you can be still, quiet and undisturbed so you can journey to your soul. Beware of anything which is labeled "normal" because that is societies label. If you hear those words always think about the situation presented to you. Is that really the way it should be, is it really right and moral, is it really who you are to agree or disagree to it. Quiet your mind from every day noise and your path will be clearer.

Intuition comes from your center. Intuition tells you but people don't seem to know you can ask it anything also and start a conversation with yourself, God, or whatever you want to think of it as.
