same question could be asked of sushi. i say eggs and uncooked fish both must be good for you (i hope) but my philosophy is so advanced i don't care either way... and my hand is broken, so i should get bonus points... or at least pity points

I have had four stints put in and I say eat most foods you like but in moderation. Which is not something I did when I was younger. To live as they say is not worth the pain. As for eggs eat what I want, good or bad? So thing is going to kill you.

that's pseudoscience.
Its never going to advance to that point in which the truth whether one exists or not can be discerned.
A political agenda is invariably at work with these sorts of questions and a result is often interpreted in this light.

I think all these studies are sponsored by big health insurance companies so that the general public gets so confused and so fed up trying to figure out what is or is not healthy to eat.

Eventually, we all end up geting fatter, compromise our health, and insurance premiums keep going up.
