I found a cheap one and am wondering, if a should buy it or if it is to small

Ok, so today is my birthday...yay. and my boyfriend got me a washburn acoustic. i have a few questions...(i'm a learner)...
1) washburn good? i've never heard of them, but my boyfriend says the guy helping him said it was. i don't overly care, just because it's my learning guitar, but still, just wondering how well it'll hold up.

2) what can i do to get my hand ready for playing? some of those chords really get my hand working (and if you're reading this, you know about guitars and fully know what i'm talking about) anyways- it KILLS my hand...any exercises? lol

Someone help me! I have a solo in two weeks and i having difficulties!
1) I easily run out of breath so in between phrases i have to breath in..(I CANT PLAY THE WHOLE SONG WITHOUT STOPPING:( ..)
2) Sometimes i can hit high notes but sometimes i cant and when i do it sounds bad sometimes
3) Dynamics: theres a lot in the piece
3) Sometimes wen i play its not smooth its kinda raspy or w/e

TWO WEEKS LEFT !!!!!!! :(

HELP ME ...can i get better in two weeks!?

I have really really short fingers and I am playing guitar and I have been for atleast 5 or 6 months. I havent gotten any better because I cant play anything because I cant reach very well. Can Anyone give me any tips that will help stretch out my fingers so I can get better at guitar?

Afternoon, everybody, I just wanted to ask this question because I am going to learn to sing classical South Asian music from a coach very soon. I don't normally sing in front of people, because put plainly, I can't do it well. People say I sound like a boy most of the time. Is there any way I can sound more soft and "sugary"?

I'm 12 years old, by the way.

Also, is it true that it's best to sing on a (near) empty stomach?

I just restrung it and now the bridge is all messed up. I have a floating bridge (wammy goes both ways), but I don't think that's the problem, since this happened to my old guitar too, which didn't have a floating bridge. The bridge comes more and more up as I tune the strings higher; it must be a pressure issue or something. It stops when the bridge goes as far as it's supposed to, but it still goes out of tune easily and I can't really use my wammy bar because it runs into the body of the guitar. My guitar store said they could fix it, but I figured I might as well try not to waste money.
