am a drumer, and i wanna switch to Guitar and i wann buy a good Guitar and start playing and getting to know who u play it and how to use it and learn more abt it before i start really learning how to play it. but idk which one to buy.
so i wanan know any tips or how you know which Guitar is good enough to start with and start to learn with it

I am about 5'4. I'm a girl. And I am looking for my first guitar. But I want it to be a quality, not so expensive guitar. Im not sure if the store has new or old or used guitars but is there anything I should check for like wood or brands or length or anything? thank you!

I had an accident at work which lead to me currently being off work (and have been for weeks) and going to a physiotherapist. Thing is i damaged my back and now i cant life things i could lift normally (e.g a bag containing an Xbox 360, games and 2 controllers). My dream is to be a musician and to tour all over the country, maybe even the world. I play bass guitar and i have been told i am quite talented at it. I want to further my playing from a random get together with friends to a successful band.

With my back being as it is...have i lost the chance to live my dream?

I saw on the news today that a 97 year old lady is taking Hollywood by storm - she started a showbusiness career four years ago and has now several movies to her credit! I think this is absolutely great! What are your opinions and would you have the gumption to do the same?

I would! How does one go about getting there though? I want to act - have taught Performing Arts and am now retired!

Yo Whats Up... So Heres The Thing I Played The Trumpet From Like 4th Grade To 8th Grade I Was Really Dedicated To it I Was First Chair Trumpet When I Played In A Kid Orchestra I Was Pretty Damn Good... When I Got To High School I Stopped Playing. Its Been Almost 6 Years Since I Picked Up A Trumpet. I Have Pretty Much Forgot All The Musical Note/Pitches But I'm Pretty Sure I Can Still Hit All The Notes Of The Trumpet. But I Want To Get Back On To Playing. im 16 and play alto sax in the high school band. ive played piano for 7 years and sax for 5. i was thinking about switching to oboe cuz it seems like a very interesting instrument with a unique sound. i tried bassoon the other day but found it was kinda hard with all the fingerings. but i didnt seem to have any trouble produced a decent sound on the double reed. i was wondering if oboe was similar to sax or bassoon in any ways and if it would be somewhat easy for me to switch over....
