Harry Potter aside (which I haven't read)...I'm intrigued to know which books so take over the reader's thoughts and imagination, to which at some point, they return.

One last tear drop rolled down her face as she takes one last look at the picture of them. She whispers to her self: “I can’t do this anymore.” He left her at the height of there relationship and she still does not know why. He told her that he wasn’t feeling anything, but she was feeling the exact opposite. With all the memories that he left her with made her do nothing but cry. With all the things that they’ve been threw together, he had to leave it all behind for nothing. He told her that she was beautiful, he told her that she was the best thing that happened to him, he told her that she was the only person that he wants to be with the rest of his life, and she fell for that. She fell for all his lies. He made her feel like something for once in her life and now that he’s gone, she thinks that she will never love again. No one will make her feel as great as she did than her latest boyfriend. He was the one for her, and she told him that. But he never understood.

Robert Jordan died yesterday.

He and my family have my deepest sympathies, but it caused me to reflect that I've been reading his series for 17 years. It is almost unbelievable to me that it has been going on that long. Not to sound crass, but I was wondering given that this had been a lingering illness does anyone know if he had scripted out his final books. I feel bad saying it, and not to take anything away from his tragic loss, but do you think we will find out his intentions on how the story ends?

I am writing a YA novel and I've almost finished with the first draft. I know I still have some editing of my own to do, but at what point to get need a professional editor? I've heard get an agent first and then they will help get an editor set up. I've also heard you have to get an editor before you start sending your book out looking for an agent. I've heard editors are really expensive if you get them on your own (which is scary because I don't have a ton of money to spend on it), as well as you can find editors at fairly reasonable rates. Can somebody clear this up for me?

I started to write a story some time ago, but I was only creative enought to write the ending, and tryed to write a begining. I know what I want to happen, just can't put it into words. Would someone be so kind as to read these two parts and tell me what you think. Obviously all the details aren't there, but that's the point. I need help with this. So please leave me an e-mail so that I can mail it too you and you can tell me what you think? Thank you so much in advanced.

I am only 13 and have recently written 2 book's ( Life According to Lizzy Mitchel and another untitled book) I am 13 and live in the UK I have tried to get them published as my English teacher suggested (she is sadly no longer with us and I dedicated them to her) but every publisher i approach takes one look at my age and says no one even admitted that if it had been written by an adult he would publish it? Is this fair? and is their any way I can publish without meeting the publisher or revealing my age? Also any ideas for the name of my other book its about three boys who are hiding from a dictator who killed their family building a comuntiy together?

As years passed, it became more difficult for people to find a logical reason for Nicholas Darkeyes’ suspicious acts. His hair was purple and usually tied to the back into a short ponytail. His eyes were blue, changing to hot pink every year in spring. His clothes were always worn dark and scruffy; it looked as though he wore them for weeks.

There is another sentence I would write, but not done yet. How do you like it so far?

So just a few moments ago, someone reviewed a piece of writing I'd just finished on a website.
What she said about this short story in a message got my mind racing with profound ideas again, and I feel like writing something spectacular to please her, to show my appreciation and to demonstrate my skill.

Has someone ever has this effect on your work before?

I know this is random but it's bothering me that I don't know the name of this children's book. It was a book about a bunch of bunnies living with their mother and they all had chores. And one bunny inparticular didn't think his chore was that important, his job consisted of pulling out the chair for his mother at supper every night. Ringing any bells? Lol. I think the book was published in the early 90's. Thanks in advance for any ideas or help.

I dont really have a concrete idea. Ive always been interested in writing and I want to actually compose a book and have it published. I care nothing about making money off it, I just want to write it. I have a few ideas but Im looking for something more to expand off of. I know where to go once I have an idea, I dont need people telling me to brainstorm, I have some ideas, I just want an outside opinion that I can run with.. anything will help, I can run with a small idea or add onto a larger idea.
