It has a somewhat longer title.
Newer. Very Popular. About some guy and his thoughts. Has (i think) a somewhat mentally disabled brother. True. Very memoir-like.

Mine: ...'It is a truth universally acknowledged.'
I can't remember what the universally acknowledged truth WAS! (I just love that line.)

I don't remember much about this book. It was pretty short, maybe like 200 pages. The cover had the two boys (I think maybe brothers) running from the Carnival where they worked. I don't really remember why they worked there or how they fell into it. The were like 12 and 14, it was set in like the 30s or 40s I think. Any help would be great. It's not a profound book I just remember it was weird so if anyone knows the title I would be very happy. Thanks.

i have seen a couple of the movies and very much enjoyed them but would i like the books? i usually read more serious types of things but I'm open minded to silliness , would you say its a little too silly for a 29 year old man though?

Do you ever find youself sort of falling for a character in a book? Like you really like them? (Not psychotic crush LOL but a little crush) I tend to do that sometimes *coughs* (most of the time, LOL)

I've been writing for almost eight years, but it's merely a hobby. But I've grown love the art so much that I really would like to publish something. I think I have a pretty good plot for the story but my characters seem almost two dimensional, and I really want more real and complex characters. I just don't know how to verbalize it. Do you think you can help?

Thanks

Im finally going ot take a crack at writing another story since Ive had writers block. But I'm having some trouble coming up with unique ways for the characters to die. (Since I want it to be scary obviously lol) Anyone have some ideas that I could add on to? They way they could die or who the killer could be. Thanks a lot [:

...not judging people based on their background...

This is for an important summary of a book and illustrates a few of the elements of the novel To Kill A Mocking Bird. Please help me replace this phrase! Thanks! P.S. Try some advanced language and write your answers quickly!

For a while, I've been doing this and it's beginning to overwhelm me. It's not easy for me to focus on writing 2 novels at the same time, or even 1 for that matter. But I have a lot of ideas and I figured I could get things done quicker this way.

I feel like I'm rushing to get my books written and I don't even know who my characters are anymore.

I've written a few chapters so far, and I want to print them out. I like holding my novel while I read rather than reading it on my computer screen. So do you think I should print the chapters and read them by hand, or just stick with reading them on the screen?
