Personally i think that Twilight by stephenie meyer should(they are thinking about it but it isnt for sure yet)<---------that was for anyone who felt the need to be sarcastic and say that they are making it into a movie! The Pendragon series by D.J. Machale would be awesome as a movie. The Artemis Fowl series too. I like the Ranger's apprentice but i'm not sure that it is famous enough to make it.

(i asked yesterday, but at a crap time, so nobody answered).
but: if you love reading good books, or are a critic/editor/ author yourself, then you can give me constructive criticism.

i really need opinions. i have written a few chapters, but i can't tell if it's worth it. will the book sell? if most people say no, then i shall just give up.

if you reply, just give your email address, and i will send you chapter one.

then please email back, and tell me what you like, and didn't like etc.

thanks for your time
my email is: lurtz1st@hotmail.co.uk

In the book, "Did you put your name in the Goblet of Fire, Harry?" he asked CALMLY.

I see a slight difference, do you?

It takes place in Texas, and a family of 3 boys (ages 18,17,9) and a dad. There is also a girl going along, but she is dressed like a boy. She gets along really well with the youngest *9 YO*
and she despises the 17 YO. The girl`s mom, and the other family`s mom was kidnapped, they are tracking down the bandits.
What are some things that can happen to the family? (and the girl)
How can they find the bandits?
Just write anything that will maybe spark an idea.

I am writing a memoir for my project. & I am having a hard time choosing the fonts to use in my book. What are the common fonts which a writer use for their books? What about the italic words? What font are they normally? Also, what fonts are suitable for writing a memoir on World War II? Preferably serious & formal. Yet neat.

I confess that I have not read Helene Hanff`s Charing Cross Road saga but I cannot help but think that the film was an unforgiveable travesty.

Doesn`t Anthony Hopkins get tired of playing Aryans who stand idly by whilst Jews suffer in hospital without medical assistance or out of hospital without medical assistance? Is he is saying that postNazi society has institutionalized medical antiSemitism, let him come out and say so.

This is not the London purported by Hanff and/or the basis of her affection for `what England has given to the world`. This is a nasty antiSemitic Jew/gentile Hollywood rendition of Englishness which exists only in those whom Hollywood edifies (white trash)

I also found this misrepresentation in `To Sir With Love`. Poitiers` character in the book falls for Gillian, who, in the film, plays the character like a strumpet. In the book she was an exquisite Jewess whose rejection derives of race. Lulu is also miscast, as in the book she`d be Moira Joseph.

I'm looking for some books to read over the summer holidays, as I get bored alarmingly easy, and books tend to help. Some of my favorite books are the Harry Potter series, Twilight, Oliver Twist, and anything by L.A. Meyer. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!
