i have decided that i'll finish a tragic story that i have been writing with the public execution of the both lovers (protagonists). This story is in the monarchy age. Well but i want to ask you what method of execution is the more suitable for to lovers which love is forbiden and tragic. i've two options one is that they should be burned in the stake so their love and passion will burn them, other option is that they should be beheaded (guillotine ore axe what do you think?) so they'll lost their heads for love or the last option is that they die for hanging so they will have a last dance together in the rope. So what do you thing that is more suitable for end my tragic story? and which analogy is better for a forbbiden love and his punishment?

The sun was already high in the sky and the little maritime town was basking under it's beams, full of many tourists and excursionists. The sea, crystal clear and smooth, had rised in front of the serene sky and was shining like a giant morror, reflecting the light. It's cool streams had already attracted the first foreigners of the day and on the beach were now playing a bunch of infant children.

Far from all that clamour Frank was sitting in coolness in the anteroom of the historic museum and was watching with half-opened eyes the street outside the window. The room was empty, well-appointed and the sun, which was shining on the edge of the persiennes couldn't reach inside. The couch, on which was Frank sitting was soft and comfortable and therefore he had stretched his arm behind it's back, so that he could sweep with a glance all around him. For few minutes now nothing had happened so Frank closed his eyes and called to mind his first fisit of the museum...

Ive been reading the classics lately, it started with 1984, Orwell's masterpiece. I re-read that book atleast 10 times and started jumping around his other books, Animal Farm, Down and out in Paris and London. I loved em all! Anyways that gave me the bug and I really started reading, I read Of mice and Men, and that sent me down the Steinbeck route. East of Eden is one of my favorite books now. I didnt really understand Cannery Row. Not the story line mostly just the themes....I still need to read the Grapes of Wrath. I read the Catcher in the Rye. Again a beautiful book which brought me to read Salingers Nine stories. (currently reading that)

Anyways thats basically what Ive been reading. What do you think I should hit up next. Ive never read Uncle Toms Cabin. Stowe I believe? Is Grapes of wrath any good? What other authors should I check out? Sorry I really know nothing about this subject but Im loving these books. So help me out =)

My friends birthday is coming up and I wanted to get her a book that has to do with keeping your faith in God throughout high school, or staying on fire for God in high school. Something along those lines...

I have been writing a story for the past 2 yrs and at first, I stank, but then I started improving. I do my story in a website called www.fanfiction.net and it lets me show my work to people, but there's one thing that's always bothering me: I always have to go back and change some chapters. Like, I'm not sure of my own work, if it's good or not. I need someone who knows more than me, like a higher level, to read it and give me there opinion, that way I know for sure what to correct and improve on. I need help.

My daughter is in the 4th grade and is close to finishing The Lightning Thief. I'd like to give her a little quiz to see it she has really understood the book. An Accelerated Reader(AR) type test would be good. True/False or multiple choice is perfect. I am back in school myself as an English major and have tons of books to read so I don't have time to read it myself. Does anyone know of a website where I could find questions for her?

Over You?

I say to myself,
"I am over you, I am over us"
But then I see something,
And it reminds me of you....
and our summer together.
I thought you loved me.

Our summer was almost over,
you moved back home
and I stayed here and cried.
You said good-bye and left...
I thought we were in love.

I kept our conversations
because every word you said was precious...
I thought about you ever day,
and the next summer
when you were coming back.
I thought I loved you.

Then you said;
"look at her picture,"
"isn't she pretty"
You said,
"She is the on that I will marry."
I realized that you didn't love me.

On that day I realized that
I loved you, but I couldn't.
You didn't love me,
you found the one...
and it wasn't me
I realized you loved her.

I am over you, over us.
I have finally moved on,
I found someone to hold my heart...
but I will hold part of it too,
because it is a Precious thing
I realized that I could love again.

As a first-time author, I'm trying to decide whether to go with a subsidy publisher (one with a good reputation), just to give the book an in-print chance, or to wait another year to see if an agent or standard royalty publisher takes an interest. Could I do both, since I would still hold the rights with the print-on-demand subsidy publisher?
