Other writers aren't just going to leap at the chance to critique your story for free. They expect something in return. You need to locate online critique groups and join one. You'll be expected to critique other people's writing.

There is a site for SERIOUS writers called Zoetrope. It was created by Francis Ford Coppola and in exchange for your reviews of other people's writing, they will critique your work. However, Zoetrope doesn't have a novel forum, only novella, which limits the allowable word count.

A good one is www.Urbis.Com. It's free, not too serious, and easy. You do need to work a little hard to 'reveal' the comments on work...you'll see what I mean.
