Back in 1982, I met my sister-in-laws neighbor. He had written 27 books. His name was Howard Sutton. He wrote THE WEST BY THE EAST. He was the son of the Sealtest family (the best known ice cream company at the time). This man was 76 years old in 82. He showed me his letter that he received from President Kennedy congratulating him on this new book. A few years later I had often wondered if he was Lamour. This man had sailed a tall ship in the Australian waters, dived with an antiquated diving bell, which I saw, and taxidermed many animals. Also kept rattlesnakes in his fridge to milk for venum. He also had properties at Bisbee, AZ that he went copper mining in. He called his property SKULL CREEK CANYON. He told that he wanted me to know him as a friend and not to elaborate on his fame, so he was not going to tell me his pseudonym(pen name).

I've been looking for this book that was rejected by publishers because of its controversial content. I saw a letter about it in The Northern Virginia Daily newspaper and in the Warren Sentinel. There's suppose to be a myspace page about it but I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can get a copy.

Its summer, I'm at the beach laying in the sun, trying to forget my past, then he comes, a boy I thought I would never see again, he tells me he loves me and that he has always loved me, I can feel his words, precious gems, inside me filling the cracks in my soul and mending my broken heart ............

The illustration depicts a summer or spring day because the woman is wearing a white tank top and red shorts. The illustration establishes the setting of the story by using bright colors to represent daylight. The colors in the illustration indicate that the event took place in the morning or in the afternoon. The brightness of colors creates a festive and idyllic atmosphere. There are no dark clouds or raindrops present in the picture to show signs of bad weather. The picture shows thick green grass surrounded by a white picket fence that creates an impression of a backyard. Therefore, the setting takes place in the backyard. The picture also depicts a bathing scene in the backyard with the presence of a water hose, tub filled with water, potcakes, dog shampoo and water. The eleven dogs are playing and having fun in the backyard while the main character attempts to bath the dogs.
The illustration extends and develops the text because there is a lot of activity from the dogs and not much information. The illustration gives more visual information than the text. The illustration shows the woman having fun bathing the potcakes but the text does not tell the reader about the woman personality. The text does not tell the reader how the woman copes with bathing all the potcakes. Additionally, the picture shows that a potcake is holding the water hose and unintentionally sprays water on the woman. The picture also shows that the woman is dressed to bath the dogs but the text does not tell the reader. The illustration shows water splashes all over the backyard yet the text does not state the water splashes.
The illustration conveys to the reader that the potcakes and the woman are having fun together. The illustration expresses the main character facial expressions because she is smiling while bathing the potcakes. She enjoys getting wet. It shows her delight of bathing the potcakes through her body language and action. She is relaxed and the picture does not show her avoiding the water splashes. Her clothes portrays that she was prepared for the task. Additionally, the illustration depicts a young African-American woman with long curly hair, thick lips and a skinny body. In addition, the illustration shows a mixture of potcakes, puppies, young adults and adult dogs. The moods of the picture show content and happiness.

Has anyone ever told you how beautiful you are?
So beautiful, and here you are with me.

From the very first I noticed, you are God's gift to all of us,
and the holder of a very special key.

Do people try to stop you, so they can say, "I love you"?
You spread love with every step you take.

Has anyone ever mentioned you're a beautiful work of art?
You filled the hollow chambers of my heart.

You mean no one's ever whisphered, "You're nothing less than a miracle"?
Well, "You're nothing less than a miracle to me".

Is it OK to tell you, that just your elegant presence,
makes me want to wrap myself in thee?
