Does anyone know where I can pick up a copy of that book, The Great American White Woman?

I've been looking for this book that was rejected by publishers because of its controversial content. I saw a letter about it in The Northern Virginia Daily newspaper and in the Warren Sentinel. There's suppose to be a myspace page about it but I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can get a copy.
