The only thing they have ever done to Nancy Drew is be friends with her. Like in the SuperMysteries, they often work on cases together, and sometimes, Nancy and Frank might have something together, but it's really small, and not sexual. So if you're asking this as a sexual question, they haven't done that. The only thing they have done is be friends.

Didn't you know Frank knocked her up and then refused to marry her. Then came to find out that the baby belonged to the other Hardy boy Joe. Then it became a tangled love triangle. After that Nancy's father made them appear on the Jerry Springer show.
