For I saw the faeries in the tree
Laughing at me mockingly
I could not stand his torment
He was beating me for his enjoyment
He is a part of me
He claws at my mind and I can only scream
My true self shall stay untold
My dark past Behold!
I do not enjoy what I am
I live it in shame
Known as the tiger no one can tame
What has hapened I cannot put behind
He shares with me my mind
But looking back now
I realized u helped me from the shadow
But for another girl you were gone
Ans from the light I was withdrawn
And now I hold in front of me
This dagger looks friendly
I am ready to say goodbye
When I realize something right
NO ONE CAN DIE TWICE

Note that I am 13 years old. Is this too good or too bad for my age?

Around 1990 my Humanities professor gave me a list of books (I think it named 100 of them) that anyone who considers themself well-read must read. The list included books on philosophy, the arts, music, fiction, non-fiction, history, and the Bible. The list was compiled from scholars and bibliophiles from around the world. I tried finding this list on Yahoo, Google, and Ask Jeeves, but so far book lists I found were narrow in perspective and were more of a suggestion for a "best" book list instead of a "required" book list for the well-read. Can anyone help?

For example, there are many books about Star Wars and wat went on between the 6 movies and even after. I was wondering if any such books were written about Middle Earth.

I have to do a book review for my history class and I just was wondering which book, A Tale of Two Cities or Pride and Prejudice would be better to read. They both seem interesting but I was just wondering from anyone who has read one of them or both. Thanks.

My mother-in-law will be 100 on Jan. 25. I gave her "50 States" for Christmas. She loved it. She enjoyed geography in her little country school near Aberdeen, So. Dak. Could Lynne send her a card or email for her birthday?

In high school English class I had to read a small short story in a textbook. In this story a little boy got into a fight for a dragon. A little later the dragon the born and the dragon chose this boy to be his rider/trainer. I believe from this story that Christopher took the dragon rider idea from it sort of commiting plagerism. What do u all think? Also Eragon has strong similarties to Lord of The Rings. Like the whole elf magic words thing. Which is also in Lord of The Rings. Then theres the monsters in both books which are very similar.
