You have all the information you need, I would say. Anyway, if you mean the procedure, I would suggest that you read some autobiographies so you could see how they did it. You could get some ideas about the different presentations and decide on what would work best for you.

take a Creative Non Fiction class at college.

open up your word perfect or take a pen in hand and a notebook and write...just start whereever in your life and go from there and add in where you need to.
