AbeBooks has a 1944 hardcover edition of that book on sale in "good" shape for $2.50 and one in "very good" condition for $50. So, that's probably a good idea of the range of value, unless there is something special you haven't mentioned. (For example, they also have a 1945 first edition; first printing version inscribed by Bill Mauldin for $926.25 !)

I have that book too. Quite interesting.
Take a look at www.bookfinder.com to see what used/rare book dealers have it listed for. Be sure to match it exactly for publisher, date, binding, etc.

I wait until they are long gone because sometimes i do not care for that waiter it is not want it used to be waiters are hard to come by
