I checked this books out at my local library, and I'll be going back to school this sunday.

I just started this triology and would really like to finsh it before I go back, do you think its possible to read three 400 page books in about a week?

I have written some adult erotic stories. I would like to submit them to certain magazines but am unsure about the process. Someone suggested I mail a copy to myself by certified mail to show proof of ownership of each story. Is this necessary? Any other suggestions?

I am working on the curriculum for it, but I can't seem to find the moral for it. I haven't finished the book, but if I want to make it as I go (in order to save the time), I must have the moral (enduring understanding) laid out. Can anyone tell me the moral of Tom Sawyer? And I don't mean just the parts about whitewashing the fence. What is the moral of the book in whole? Thanks a lot!!!!!

This woman is like kind of a christian writer. In almost all her books someone dies at the end. One of them is about a girl who is in the hospital and she meets a boy with tb and they get married and right after that he dies. There's another book about missionaries who fall in love and the man dies at the end. The last one I remember is about a girl who visits an amish family and becomes very close with them and falls in love with their son and the little girl dies. Thats all the books I can remember. I want to say her name was laura or laureen or something like and she had three names, but I'm not really sure. I would appreciate any help! Thanks

The main character is a 16 year old girl about to be 17, and her daughter Alondra Melody A.K. The mother has a boyfriend named Curtis and they are in a better realtionship than her and the baby's father are, and Curtis sees Alondra as his own daughter. (later on in the story Alondra dies due to high fever and shortage of oxygen) But I want a conflict to happen in between now (they just had a lunch date and played a game of b-ball and when Alondra dies.

My step dad is looking for a Bobbsey Twins book by Laura Lee Hope. It's called "The Legend of the Missing Mummy". I have looke on ebay, Amazon.com, and Shopping.com. For years I have secretly written and studied many books on different formats.
The screenwriting format really stuck on me because I am more of a visual writer. I write lyrics when I get "stuck"...
Being in the closet with my writing has really shut doors for me, but it has also let me study writing by my own self study for over 10 years. I am in a non-supportive marriage which would not support my writing or coming out. All the conferences each year I dream to go to...
I live Dallas, so the oppertunity could be great!
My question is this, How do I know when I am ready to submit? I know when my script is polished and I know how hard I work to get it perfect. I have over 100 feature film length screenplays ranging from 95 pages to 120 pages. I also have a 1400 page game scenerio, a trash bag full of lyrics and box upon box of charachters, ideas and thoughts. My finished products very in genre and format. Most being FF, a few MOW and a few in standard 3 collumn tv format. Now what?

It is a story about a man who made a bet with someone that he could stay in solitary confinement(no contact with any other person) for 20 years or something like that. He would have access to anything he wanted as far as material objects, and then on the last day of the bet he walked out because he didn't want the money.

Does anyone know the name of this story and who wrote it?
