I would like it if you could write out what your daily schedual is. When you wake up and the order that you do things in. Those kind of things. I would really appreciate it for the stories that I like to write! I'd like all the details! I'm really interested!

If you get no responses, try Farm and Ranch magazine they have the
kind of diaries you want, it's their regular feature. Don't know if it's online.

This varies greatly with the type of livestock raised and the type of farming being done. Are you talking grain farmers or someone who raises cattle.
You may want to do some research or specify exactly what you are looking for.
