THE CRUCIBLE
Which one should i pick to write a 2-3 essay on?

1-The word crucible means a container for melting or purifying metals and severe test. Explain how and why these meanings are appropriate for the characters and action of Miller's play.

2-Some have claimed that the Crucible's characters are only "mouthpieces" for Miller's ideas. Support or refute critic Walter Kerr, who said, "For Salem, and the people in it, are really only conveniences to Mr. Miller, props to his themes. he does not make them interesting in and of themselves, and you wind up analyzing them..rather than losing yourself in any rounded, deeply rewarding personalities."

3-Instead of the "devil walking Salem," John Proctor says, "vengeance is walking Salem." Explain how this is true. Examine the motivations for the witch hunts and examine the consequences that follow. Besides the deaths, what happended to the community and its, values, morals, way of life?

also...maybe give me some ideas : )

ok im on like the 9th book which has taken me two months to read, im forcing myself to read the whole series, by the end of the yr, but i dont think im going to make it. I get to the part where chloe finds a safe house full of minority ppl...and they give her a flyer that was passed to them that says.

Jesus loves pimps, whores, crackheads, drunks, players, hustlers, mothers with no husbands, and children with no fathers.

in all the other 8 books never mentions anything about this until they find a room full of color...I think I'm about to be sick.

I've been doing some reading about Israel and it seems the Jewish people have no real property claim on the land. "After World War I, the League of Nations approved the British Mandate for Palestine with the intent of creating a "national home for the Jewish people". In 1947, the United Nations approved the partition of the Mandate of Palestine into two states, one Jewish and one Arab. The Arab League rejected the plan, but on May 14, 1948, Israel declared its independence. The new country's victory in the subsequent Arab-Israeli War expanded the borders of the Jewish state beyond those in the UN Partition Plan. Since then, Israel has been in conflict with many of the neighboring Arab countries, resulting in several major wars and decades of violence. Throughout the conflict, Israel's boundaries have been subject to dispute."

America has fought people off its borders at numerous times in its history. Why does it support Israel who is essentially encroaching on Palestinian territory?

Did North American culture ever have morals? Is this a result of our societies being founded on the blood of an entire nation of aboriginal people? Is it because of money? I see many things that I am disgusted by taking place everyday on our continent.

Digital imaging has made tremendous improvements since the days of the 2 or 3mp cameras. It has all but eliminated film at all levels, from the casual snapshooter to the working professional photographer.

How ironic is it that at least two companies now offer software to simulate the look of film?

The alienskin.com site offers EXPOSURE: the closest thing to film since film.

At dxo.com you'll find FilmPack v1.2: Rediscover the magic of film in digital photography.

Since I'm still using film I'm saving money by not needing to buy this software.

What the heck does that mean?

Does he deviate from this phrase?

...could he make a full-time living?

This is assuming that the production was in English and that he was a competent actor, of course.

I am guessing that there is a production of Hamlet, in English, going on somewhere in the world every single day. The other proviso is that he would be able to play any role in Hamlet with very little warning (some rehearsal for blocking).

hardly anyone answer our previous question: We borg concluded the truth of human life - it this it - "just to love & be loved in return" ???

We owe u an explanation:

1) "just to love" causes u to do or to give or to have the following:

love vs hate, respectful, honest, honorable, loyal, considerate, kind, selflessness, sacrificial, conscientious, unrevengful, forgiving, non-judgmental, etc

2) " be loved in return" it necessary coz if everyone is giving, someone have to receive. It's a 2 way street & everyone must play the part. It also has the following effect:

keep u humble away from pride, never take things for granted, to learn to relax, to let lose of control, to let others feel needed & appreciated, etc

we believe u & your earth will be a better place if everyone know these 2 points.

what do u good folks (humans) here reckon?

ive made so much research on chucks and the problem is, high grade or special materials just arent available in the philippines.

ive researched on the net for what to use and i came up with
-spraypaint (some say it peels off)
-acrylic paint with textile medium (some say it still cracks a little and youd have to be professional to do it right)
- fabric paint (i just cant find any of that here)
-sharpees (dont look too nice and smudge when wet!)

please shed some light and tell me what other materials or what can i do to customize my chucks and makie it last.. prefrably better it fades than cracks!

-It's a black comedy
-I'm to skinny to play Teddy
-the competition for Mortimer makes me doubt I'll get that role

But can you please tell me about the male roles with a detailed description of their characteristics? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

*****

Stinging barbs of brutal critique,
Roasted Rack of Lambasting,
Raw, unseasoned, seared,
Bone and sinew exposed,
Offered poetic feast,

Vomitorium flow,
Figurative flush down the tube,
Heartfelt sorrow, shame,
Audience enflamed,
Bored, dismayed,
Ordinary, unheralded,
Unclaimed.
Shipwrecked on the reef of indignity
