so how come we didn't incorporate all of Mexico in the U.S.A. when we had the chance to do so,that would have been one way of getting rid of the illegal problem before it started.That would have actually helped us since with the mexicans being in the United States as it would have,it could have made them more likely to stay where they always have been because living under a U.S. economy would have been so much better for them and Mexico would get used to the rule of rule and democracy as well.
