This might be a dumb question, but how do you pronounce Aida? I am singing Johnny One Note and it says that he got in Aida. I know that it is an opera, I am just not sure how to pronounce it. Is the first "a" like the a in "day" and the "i" like the like "ee" in "week"? I am then pronouncing "da" like "duh" Alright, thanks for any help!

I am writing an original story-fanfic. Here is brief summary in the exerpt format-

Isabel- I'm finally with Trevor, but why does Alexander look so good? And why is he looking at me the same way back?

Rose- David left me and I don't want to let go. Will we ever share a kiss again? or more...?

Alisha- I'm ready to be with J., but why isn't he ready to be with me? I thought we were in love, but was it all a lie?!

Three girls + three boys + one hot summer equals love, hate, deciet, and new passions.

What title would sound good and creative(NOTHING WEIRD OR STUPID)? I can usually think of all my titles, but I have writers block.

I've painted a scene featuring the Cornish landscape to remind me of home, but now it's up on my wall I've decided the background fields are too bright. Although I trained in art, my specialism wasn't painting and I'm not entirely sure how to lessen the impact. I was thinking about a very pale white wash over it so it looks a little misty. It won't be a problem to do as I used acrylics and I tend to just hang the whole canvas straight on the wall. Suggestions gratefully received!

What is a bleed on file?

This is what was sent to me.

The new file you have sent in still has a lo-resolution earth logo on the front and back. Also there is no bleed on the file.


I'm making bookmarks, but it keeps getting kicked back to me because of the low resolution.

I need to fix this asap.

Love For The Sea
It seeemed like the hottest day of summer.
As I stand on the jetty I feel the spray
sting my face and eyes.
I thought how much I've missed the sea.
Tides that roar one moment quiet as a lamb the next.
I watch as water forms little pools.
Perched within the jetty snails,starfish and crabs
gracefully spring to life as the current comes in.
This radiates my soul.
The ocean breeze caresses my body.
Taking a deep breath knowing I must leave
as daylight transforms into night.
This has been a good day.
A day full of light.

I love God, but I don't like organised religion. I talk to God a lot and feel that I have a close bond with my creator. God to me is love and the reason I am here on earth. I went to a Christian school but I think organised religion can be dangerous. I don't feel the need to have a religion, just a God. Does anyone else agree, or if not, how can you convince me otherwise.

I say there is no god, as there is nothing even approachig conclusive evidence. Believers say there is a god, but utter glib claims of proof such as "how else could we be here" and "look at the complexity of a snowflake". Just interested in your thoughts.
