The brain is like an electrical network consisting of trillions of connections. Electrical-chemical activity takes place in the brain as part of its biological functioning. It started when you were developing in the womb and continues to this day. If you try to isolate a thought in the human brain as a seperate entity you will have extremely great difficulty. The activity of the signals and interconnections there is like the conversations of a million people talking at once. How can you separate out a single word or sentence from that? Get it?

Human beings are born with thoughts, which get sharp through the time and experiences with the close environment.
My explanation suit little with the Plato philosophy unlike Aristotle (Platonic notions of the human mind as an entity that pre-existed somewhere in the 'heavens', before being sent down to join a body here on Earth).
I think that you should ask this question to the category 'psychology'.
Some psychologists think that children begin life with a tabula rasa or blank slate as a computer. Furthermore, (see Wikipedia) Skinner concentrated on studying the effects of experience on overt behavior. He believed that behavior was shaped as a function of two sets of factors: stimuli that precede it and stimuli that follow it.

Stop thinking so much, it hurts
at the end of the day, what have you got
thought.
I have a clear mind
throughout the day, I am available for higher thought
not the day to day racking through the head, scratching this, itching that, musings, deliberating, getting where?..
A pure clear thought pops in, I move on that, life is full of ease and wonder. God is near, I am moving in love.
So much wiser than trying to figure it out.
Trying to plan
Trying to make a decision
Gods way -
It is allowing
Being the glue that holds the universe together.
being the plan, gods plan.
moving to make the difference
being the instrument
allowing the love to flow through
no me, no need, no want,
only God
only love

a thought is not actually born but the term is a mediphore for your mind working in a certain pace and at a unique percentage and it also means that when you have a thought it is because you take in your surroundings and the surroundings form a particular memory or various memories mixed together to either make a really good explanation for a school project or an artist looking for inspiration etc...

It's mysterious. I don't know the answer, but I sometimes think of embodiment as the shoe that the spirit walks in, as if our just being in tune with or allowing a greater intelligence to act through us passively gives birth to will and thought.

ok to add yet even more to your plate. What exactly triggers birth. Birth as in a baby being born. This still has no scientific explanation (so I've been told) yes yes labour, yes yes the water breaks uhu.... But what is that thing...... that says it's time now.
Some say it's GOD. What do you think?
