"Where's the beef?" If philosophers decide to brood over the questions about ethics for the beef industry vs. the ethical argument against eating beef at all times, then they are not answering the question: "Where's the beef?" Of course, if someone actually means, "Where's the beef?" as in what's the problem or why is there a conflict between two or more people, than we could philosophize about resolutions and peaceable agreements in order to bury the hatchet. Whatever. Where's the john?
