Can anyone tell me the difference between verse and chorus. If so i would really be happy :] I searched it in yahoo and nothing came up on the first couple of pages.. And cant keep looking throughout because i have homework in every subject. Also this is not a question thats on my homework we were supposed to create a song with two verses and 1 chorus. I have wanted to be an actress for as long as i can remember. However, i dont really know where to get started. I attended a modeling and acting school, and i have just recently found an agent.

Many people that i talk with tell me that i need to move to a bigger place; New York, California etc, but i cannot do that!!! I am a junior in High school and i want to go to a good college for acting.. do you think that will gaurantee any work, or is that not such a good idea to base everything on an acting career!

please help

serious answers only please, i don't have time for insults and things.
thanks

I've also heard it called "high" science fiction and popular sci-fi...is it something just limited to this genre, or is it a broad term used for all literature? And what exactly does it mean?

I mean, I love acting and am pretty good already. But I'm wondering if good dancing skills and athleticism are required to be, let's say, an Academy Award-winner? I have no coordination or speed. I'm not very graceful, either. On the contrary, I'm sort of a klutz. Would I be likely to be the next Meryl Streep? Is that possible?

Yes, an odd question. Looking for information about the possibility of the early 1900's a boat being chartered from Coney Island, NY which might've been used for astronomy purposes, and might've contained a group that had a child amongst them who would've been around 10 years of age, possibly named Caroline.

Can you help me answer some of these questions?

Why did Madison agree that the presence of “factions” and “interests” would aid the government in functioning democratically?
How would compromise prevent the “unjust majority” from taking control of the government?
Why did Madison believe that the “spirit of party and faction” would have a positive impact on the government?
Why did Madison believe that a large government would be more successful than a small government?

My friend and I decided to write a book together after having to write something in creative writing. It is pretty much going to be what we wrote, with all the porn parts added [our teacher doesn't like porn so we are cutting that out]

The zombie's name is Kyon B.

my character is a gay guy.

I'm thinking I could name him something like.

First name:Haydn, Jaydn, Kaydn, Max, Maxy.
Last name: Thorne

Do you have any first and last name suggestions?

Why don't we all go to the afterlife. Tell me right now, do you believe in an afterlife. Do you believe the afterlife is real. If the afterlife is real, then we all should leave this earth and go.

If the afterlife is real, then we should this earth right now. Other people would follow us.

Is the afterlife real, like Earth and people?

With the aid of the French, George Washington was able to corner Lord Cornwallis at Yorktown. However, I'm curious to know if the Continental Army stood a chance against the British had France not gone in on America's side. Without Washington's victory at Yorktown, just how different a war might the American Revolution have been? Would it just have dragged on and on, or would the British have promptly ruined our efforts? Furthermore, would the colonies remain under British rule today?

I'm playing the character of Audrey in a school production of As You Like It. I don't know anything about her character.

What's her character like? Nice, greedy, mean, etc.

Does she have a job? I read somewhere she's a whore...?

Is it a big part? Medium? Small-ish?

Okay, so I'm doing a fanfiction about Teddy Lupin from the Harry Potter series, and it includes a scene inside the Werewolf Registry... I know it's a long shot, but I don't have the slightest clue what a place like that is supposed to be like. Does anyone have any creative suggestions? I'd be very appreciative of any interesting details... Thanks in advance!

I'd like to be an actress, but I seem to have natural ability to act really well, and I don't want to spend thousands on uneffective acting classes. I also think acting classes may lead me to over-think everything I'm doing. What are some of the things you learn in acting classes anyway? What kind of exercises do you go through? Why should I take acting classes? (Please note that I'd like to act in feature films and not stage productions).

I have a Canon EOS 30D Digital Camera. I am planning a trip to New York and would like to have a great Wide Angle Lens to capture Times Square, City Scapes and other sites. I would love to have one that does close up photography/Macro as well. My local camera shop says that Sigma and Tamron 18-50mm lenses are great for around $400 yet depending on what I read and where I've read it the opinion varies on that one from person to person. I also spoke with another Photographer who stated the Tokina 12-24mm is a great lens that she loves to work with. I would rather pay more for a lens that I'll be happy with than spend on a piece of junk. Thought it might be a good idea to ask some photographers since I'm just getting started with SLR cameras and lenses instead of point and shoot cameras.
