READ THIS PARAGRAPH PLEASE
I have been thinking about buying my own guitar but I'm don't want to waste the money if I am going to have trouble learning how to play it. So, if anyone has an acoustic guitar and can play it it would be very helpful if you would explain how easy or how confusing it is to learn. Is it easy or hard? Someone please answer very soon because I have my eye on a cheap guitar on ebay and the time is almost up. So someone please answer this question for me, I will be very happy!!

I have always being in search of the truth and my purpose for living. I have approached religious teachers and leaders from different denominations/religions, people i meet or associate with, family, friends, collegues, etc. and after a process of evaluation using my own perception and logic mixed with possibility and imagination and tons of research, I have boiled it all down to the fact that we can only be here for the purpose of growing the knowledge we have and sharing it with all. I believe in the power of energy (positive and negative forces) and that my knowledge and experience will be "given" back to the earth when i die. It is the reason why, for example, a person born in Australia in the year 2000 can have the same "gifts" or "talents" as Albert Einstein or Beethoven or Leonardo Da Vinci...because their "energy/knowledge" was given back to the earth and borne into the minds of new life. Please feel free to share your knowledge regarding this topic

During the Battle of Horseshoe Bend (United States fought the Creek Indians), the Cherokees were allied with United States forces and, even, saved Andrew Jackson's life in the battle. After the battle, Jackson replied to Cherokee Chief Junaluska, "I will remember this day and the Cherokees; I tell you that I will never betray, nor force, the Cherokees from their homes."

Years later, as the 7th president, Andrew Jackson signed the Cherokee forced removal policies; subsequently, 4000 Cherokees died as a result of the Trail of Tears. Most of the Cherokee were forced onto barren and useless reservations; where it was very difficult to grow crops, and there were few animals to hunt (most animals were on open ranges which were off limits).

I have mixed emotions when I look at the $20 bill and see President Andrew Jackson.

I am just wondering, what is your opinion about Andrew Jackson?

(It has nothing to do with homework.)

The new day falls thundering
as an avalanche
racing to consume the old day
I grope for purchase
on the walls of what I know
the status quo
I resist the rush
the crush
of the tumbling hours
that furnish my
living labyrinth
as stones and bones
in a cemetery tomb.

like, its not even really good for us. but in books, all the time, they're all, it was nothing fancy, but it was hot, and stuff. when we come home late, in the rain, all we want is a hot shower and a hot meal and hot cocoa, in that order. Why? where does this habit come from? why do i find raw gormet do bland and and distasteful? i don't even really consider salad to be a main course, because it's raw! I love beef!!! love it love it, love it. even when i see it all raw and bloody. I still love it. Why? in the Garden of Eden, there were no steaks, no hambergers, not spagettii with meatballs. so, why do humans love meat? why do we want it hot, juicy, and RIGHT NOW?

I'm currently writing a story with characters that seems... too perfect. What can you do to eliminate some of the perfectness? For example, the main character is a brilliant person who is also attractive, innocent, curses a lot, arrgoant, has a lot of secrects, rich, and ownes his own company. What can I do to make him sound... not perfect? How do you devolop the characters and their personality without the story sounding too choppy and all?

Okay, so I'm getting a new violin and I have two at home that I've been trying out. Violin 1 has a really clean tone with no squeaks or surface sound or buzzing or barking noises, but it doesn't project very well and doesn't have as loud of a sound as the other one does. It also can sound nasally.

Violin 2 has a very nice, warm, complex tone. It projects very well and is loud, but its tone isn't very clean. If I play heavy accents on the G string it makes a strange barking sort of noise for a second. It also has some surface sound and fuzziness.

I like Violin 2's sound better, I think violin 1 sounds muted and not very nice and I generally like violin 2 more overall. but I'm worried about violin 2's imperfections (barking, surface sound, stuff listed above) and wondering if they will hinder me as I move on up the scale of difficult repitore. Are any of violin 2's imperfections big concerns or can they be fixed with a sound post adjustment? Which one should I go with?

The Unsung Heroes of Mother Earth

Grey, red, sandy and black
Lying in a heap as though dumped from a sack
Hard, irregular and unfeeling
They lie there dormant, without apparent meaning
Each one forged from the bowels of the earth
Common, yet each one with its own particular worth
Grey, which was fashioned into axes and arrowheads
Red, mined for the ore it shed
Sandy, which was carved into blocks to make walls
Black, which was burned to give warmth within the halls
At first lifeless and inert they appear
Yet, these minerals have sustained mankind for many a year
Giving warmth, security, shelter and tools
They helped primitive man to walk tall
And turned wandering tribes into great nations
These simple stones, have been the jewels of civilisation.

This is a short one so I hope ya like it:

Love is a four letter word that is in my vocabulary no longer. You made that permanent for sure.
When I was with you I lost my 'cool' and you saw you didn't like no fool.
You left like you came but I'll never feel the same.
I must have said somethin wrong, somthin totally off-the-wall cuz now you don't call.
I'm still hoping 7 months later I wake from sleep to her my cell beep sayin I'm forever yours to keep. But I know it won't come true I'm wasting my time with you. I don't want to fool with you nomore bur for some reason I can't get you out of my head.

The World-Wide Web is the most powerful tool ever invented for the spreading of information. Lately, emerging as a powerful player on the internet, are sites such as Wikipedia, and Yahoo! Answers. Both of these sites are entirely constructed by the users of their communities, and in the case of Yahoo!, the "Best Answer" to a question often comes down to a vote.

What does this sort of information transfer do to the concept of objective truth? Is this a wise path for us to follow? Is there such a thing as objective truth, or does all truth come down to a vote?

I've often wondered . . . if Michaelangelo and Titian used their brushes and paints the way Wodehouse uses the English language, what kind of comic art would they produce?

Any thoughts?
