I have a fairly good screen play and I was wondering, is there somewhere to submit it for free?

First, you need to register it with the writer's guild so that no one takes your great idea for themselves :-)

http://wga.org/

Then you need to get an agent because no one will see you without one. Otherwise you could submit it for amateur competitions like project greenlight: http://projectgreenlight.liveplanet.com/ and see if you could possibly win the contest to make your screenplay into a film.

Or you could produce it into a film yourself and submit it to film festivals and see if you gain any notoriety and get an agent and distribution out of that. OR once it's made into a film submit it to contests like On The Lot http://www.thelot.com/

There are many outlets, you just have to seek them out and follow through with all your heart.

Good luck!!!

White can no longer burn a demonstrate. WHITE is somewhat the lack of colour. attempt to stay faraway from the video interest until the blistered photograph is long gone. Thats why old college tube television's blow new plasmas, CRT's tend to no longer burn, and likewise have greater proper black tiers, greater proper assessment, and each now and then reaction circumstances. I never interest on my plasma.

First step is to tet a literary agent to pitch your book to publishers.

Go to a large bookstore in your city and buy a copy of The Writer's Market. It lists contact information for Literary Agents and Publishers.

It lists names/addresses of Literary Agencies and Talent Agencies. It also lists the type of material they will accept.
