I've read that many agnostics refuse the label atheism because they think that "non belief" requires a value judgment that they are incapable or unwilling to give. But atheists see their state as a light switch: on for deity belief, off if not. In that situation, the value only applies to the one who chooses to believe, the non-belief is not a value judgment in their eyes.

So which is it , are you born agnostic or atheist? Are we just playing semantic games?

so i'm an art major, and i've noticed the trend over the last 4 years i've been in school of the anime kids. Am I the only artist left that sees anime as something that only untalented nerds are attracted to.
before i start getting attacked by a bunch of freaks, i know that there is some anime that is drawn very well, and must have been done by someone with (some) talent. but come on! it's all just stupid cartoon characters with big eyes that all look the same!!!
all i know is that i like realism, and that all my professors laugh at the anime kids and then fail them.
anyone else in the world that appreciates real art?
