I heard the spanairds are mixed with Celts,Arabs,Visigoths ancestory etc. What ancestory were they orginally before this happen? Who were the spanish people?

there is a sentance in the harry potter book that i have never understood.
I ahve read the 6th book like a million times and the sentance has never made any sence.

In "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince"
On Page 260 which is the very last page of Chapter 13.
The Sentance i really dont understand was this.
Harry is in Dumbldores officxe after comeing out of the Pensive.
He was about o leave the office:

Harry got to his feet. He had walked across the room, his eyes fell upon the table on which Marvalo gaunt's ring had rested last time, bu thte ring was no longer there.
'Yes Harry?' Said Dumbledre, for Harry had come to a halt.
'The ring's gone' said Harry, looking around.
'but i though you had the mouth-organ or something.'
Dumbledore beemed at him, peering over the top of his half moon specticals
"Very astute, harry, but the mouth-Organ was only ever a mouth-organ.'

what does that sentance mean?
Where did the mouth organ even come into the convo
