I know that getting a stylus is probably the best way to outline digital photos to make use of the 'lasso' function with photoshop elements, but not having the right computer, what else could I use? I've seen these cordless mouses that have the transmitter built inside. Would they make an accurate 'track' or is there something better to use? Also what techniques would help to accurately select the part of the photo you want to mask or highlight?

isolated in my misery
tormented by a memory
swallowed up in agony
must i now die alone?

nothing's changed
nothing's changed

i can feel this fire * burning
of the anger that's now rising
fleeting hopes and dreams
of healing
that now stagnate within me
dying

nothing's changed
nothing's changed

the darkness now prevailing
hiding me under it's shadow
as the desperation
this devastation
now engulfs my soul

friends and mourners * together come
paying homeage to my grave
yet did they not one thing for me -
but enable me to eternity
and further take me from this place

nothing's changed

intercessors - weeping
were there any?
none at all
pleading that he might
turn back his wrath
that now comsumes my soul

nothing's changed

the nightmare of this torturous existence
nothing's changed
the devastation deep within my soul
nothing's changed

(*wait for last verse)

perfect (3/14)

You're perfect for each other;
both self-obsessed
and self-absorbed;
taking other people's pain
and pretending it's all yours.

I'm trying to find out if my book is worth anything or not. The title is Anne of Green Gables and I see two copyrights. one from 1908, by L.C. page & company-when the book came out- and one from 1935, by Lucy M. MacDonald. There's no isbn or publication date or dust jacket. it was printed in the US...xP I don't know much about collecting books so I'd appreciate any information on collecting books.

of course you're supposed to be who God made you, but what if you don't know if that's how He made you or if it's how you've messed up your own life? like what if you were gay or something, is that who you are, or is it a sin? i'm not homosexual or anything, i was just wondering... where do you draw the line?

Why do we do things for other people? Is our motive ever completely free from personal motives? Can a person do something for someone else without having a sense of "a job well done" or "i did the right thing" or "i did what was best" or any other type of self gratification? Even people who seem to "make a sacrifice" may seem to be doing it for the possibility of receiving a reward of some kind or for the gratification that "i did it so they could have what they wanted. Would anyone like to share any thoughts on this?

Okay I auditioned for this production and it will be performed infront of about 150 people in about 7 months. It involves dancing, singing and acting which I can do all them. I got in with another 2 of my friends (who are girls).
Well yesturday I went to the cinema with the 2 girls and some other friends (which are boys). As we were going to the cinema one of them asked "remember the practice's for the show start next saturday". My other friends heard and started annoying me about it.

Today at school they told my other friends and mybest friend congratulated me and is supporting me. But my other friends don't get it and think acting is for girls and they said ill have to wear makeup (which doesnt bother me) and they said ill turn gay.

Please give me advice to what I can say in my defence.

(By the way i am not gay)

I want to know if anyone actually finished this book?.. I read House of Leaves and loved it, but this one is just.. annoying. I've never had a book actually make me so dizzy I felt sick. It's not the way it's printed.. the entire "story" is bordering on the nonsensical.. So, trying to see if anyone else felt different.

Although its not everybody, most people marry people with the similar skin color, culture, and economic background (e.g. White marry White, Black marry Black, Hispanic marry Hispanic, Asian marry Asian) Even though there are more interracial marriages then before, it still represents a small minority of all marriages. Why do we marry our own race instead of other races more?

For instance, if you want to write a how-to guide or a book of advice on a certain activity, but need to use tips from various other people, how does that work?

Do you pay each person or have them sign something saying they give this info to you to use?

Thanks for any advice on this process : )

I personally hate the movies, the barely even follow the plot of the books and leave out half the book! Ron and harry are supposed to be really skinny and them and hermione are supposed to be outcasts. Hermione is supposed to be not that pretty and have buckteeth until the yule ball and should have poofy and frizzy hair. I just think the movies could have been done better, what is your opinion?
