Depends on the state and city and how young you look - mostly yes you need to prove your age. Blame the clowns who inhale the stuff.

Due to tagging and huffing an i.d. is required...if you don't have one get an adult who knows why you need it to get it for you...at wal-mart or something. They typically don't sell to those under 18.

almost all locales now have the age at 18. you can get it everywhere from wal-mart to dollar general or family dollar, to home depot and lowes.
