The spray varnish was put over Genesis oils, but for some reason they weren't compatible and the spray stays tacky. How can I gently remove the tacky varnish without harming the painting beneath?

When we consider the billions of years which came before us, and the billions of years to come after us, what do our brief life spans really mean, if anything? Isn't religion a means of trying to deny this reality? Isn't this why belief in the immortality of the soul is so prevalent? Isn't it an attempt to deny our insignificance?

So I am in this mood to write. Now, I have a few story ideas brewing in my mind, but I was wondering what the general public would think. I want to write something aimed for teenage to adult audiences. If none of the ideas sound good, I'm open to any suggestion!! Please help- I'm in that mood.

MY IDEAS

Holocaust story- I'd try not to make it like all the other ones, focusing more on a romance between either a German man and a Jewish woman, or two Jews being torn apart

Modern day 'teen type' drama-
a). Kid A loves Kid B, but then Kid B dies, Kid A must learn to cope while Kid C comes into the picture (something else would happen that's dramatic)- involves horses
b). Kid A moves to a new town after his father dies and meets Kid B and falls in love with her. But Kid B is being abused by her mother.

What drives you on to do anything in life? Desires not yet fulfilled? Doesn't everything we do stem from some kind of desire towards or away from something?

Ps) I'm saying desires in themselves are a bad thing. Just curious as to what motivates ppl do move towards anything in life. and what happens when we finally get what we want? What then?

Thanks☺
